Air Diffuser Pro Installation
Follow these 6 simple steps to install your diffuser and enjoy whole-home scenting through your HVAC system.

Prep the Diffuser
- Fill the oil canister to the clearly marked fill line. Do not overfill.
- Tighten the canister cap securely, then insert it into the machine.
- Power on the unit and confirm it starts with the default cycle: 10 sec on / 120 sec off.
- Optionally, pair the unit via the scenta companion app (also called Art Diffuser).

Drill Into the HVAC Duct
- Locate the supply (cold air) duct. This carries conditioned air into your rooms.
- Using a 7/16" drill bit, carefully drill a single hole into the duct wall.
- Hold your hand near the hole to verify airflow is present.
Choose a section of duct that is easily accessible and close to where you plan to place the diffuser unit.

Insert the Diffuser Tube
- Push the provided tube firmly into the drilled hole. The tube is designed to create an airtight fit.
- Angle the tube so it points with the direction of airflow inside the duct.
- Ensure the rubber stopper sits flush and snug against the duct surface.
For extra security, you can wrap HVAC duct tape around the connection point, but it is not required.

Place the Unit and Connect
- Set the Air Diffuser Pro on a flat, stable surface near your HVAC system.
- Push the free end of the tube into the diffuser's quick-connect port until it clicks.
- Plug the diffuser's power cable into a nearby outlet.
- For automation, use a smart plug between the diffuser and the outlet.
No mounting is required. The unit simply sits nearby your HVAC system and connects via the tubing kit.

Test the System
Turn the unit on and run through this quick checklist:
- No air leaks at the duct connection
- Diffuser pump is running (you'll hear a soft click)
- HVAC is distributing scent through your home's vents
It may take 15 to 30 minutes for the scent to fully circulate through your home.

Optimize (Optional)
Use the scenta app (also called Art Diffuser) or the buttons on the unit itself to fine-tune your experience:
- Sync with HVAC fan: Run the diffuser only when the fan is active for maximum efficiency.
- Schedule scent bursts: Set specific times like mornings or before guests arrive.
- Reduce oil waste: Shorten on-cycles or increase off-intervals to conserve oil.
